Sit! Stay. Relax... was started in 2006 by sisters Aimee Accinno and Nancy Accinno McGill. Previously using other family members to care for their pets, the sisters saw a need for safe, reliable, in-home pet care when the whole family left the country for a wedding. Their pets were stressed when picked up from a highly reputable kennel. They realized their pets would have been more comfortable in their own surroundings, following their usual routines and schedule.

Looking to depart from an office setting, Nancy took a leap of faith and began to be the sole proprietor of the company. Over 10 years later, she hasn't looked back!

Nancy has obtained and keeps current Pet Sitters International's Certification in Professional Pet Sitting, Fear Free Pets certification, as well as CPR and First Aid certifications. Nancy continues to participate in continuing education. Passing criminal background check is renewed annually. Sit! Stay. Relax... is bonded and insured.
